alone - part two

Before opening her eyes she felt his soft warm lips pursed against hers, as she breathed in the fresh air. She opened her eyes and coughed, sand falling from her lips. She was cold, to cold. What was happening, this surely wasn't heaven, or whatever place you go, she was sure of it. She could feel, and the strangest thing about it all was that it didn't feel right. She zoned back into consciousness hearing his voice, "hello, hello. are you okay?" She tried to speak, but it was hard to make the words come out. She thought about, was she really okay? That she didn't know, this wasn't what she'd planned, but in the reality of it all she should have being okay at this moment, whether she was she was unsure. She looked up at him, his eyes, ever so blue. Wow they were so beautiful she thought, she deep and grey, just like the ocean. Then all of a sudden she began to scream, pulling away from the touch of his warm body. "Shhh, it will be okay, Ive got you, you're okay now, don't worry you don't have to talk.. Come on I'll go get you some water and dry clothes" he said. She nodded as the tears ran down her cheeks. Before he went to pick her up he pulled of his woolen jumper and wrapped her in it. She had never felt so at ease like this, for once she felt safe, and even though she had no idea who he was, she didn't feel as alone.

He put her on the ground, her body was freezing cold, like ice. What do I do what do I do he thought, then as he put his mouth against hers he began to give her mouth to mouth. Come on he thought, please be okay please be okay. He lips were smooth, even though chilled by the cold of the ocean he could feel the life burning in them. Then as he pulled back she awoke and spluttered water and sand everywhere. Thank god he thought to himself, now what to do.. yes ask if she was ok. He pulled her against him and looked down, her eyes, looked soo.. so lost. "hello, hello. are you okay?" She didn't say anything but only stared. He wasn't sure what was happening until she began to scream. What the fuck was going on. He quickly calmed her down and took off his top and wrapped her in it to keep her warm. "Shhh, it will be okay, Ive got you, you're okay now, don't worry you don't have to talk.. Come on I'll go get you some water and dry clothes" He picked her up and started to make his way back to his car. He couldn't make sense of what happened in that short instant, but whatever it was, there was something about this girl, that made him ever so curious, and whatever that was, he would make sure to find out. the bigger question that burned at him as he walked up the beach, was what was she doing there in the first place.
